Toge Productions and co. have swept away three awards in SEA Game Awards in KL Level Up 2017, among many nominations in other categories.
Toge Productions -a game developer and publisher based in Tangerang, Indonesia- took away three awards in the SEA Game Awards 2017. They won the Grand Jury Award, Best Gameplay Award, and Best Visual Award.
The Grand Jury Award and Best Gameplay Award were given to Infectonator 3, Toge Productions’ in-house developed game that is currently under development. While the Best Visual Award goes to My Lovely Daughter that is developed by GameChanger Studio and published by Toge Productions.
Infectonator 3 is the sequel to the popular and an award-winning web-based game Infectonator 2. The theme of the game is a zombie apocalypse, where your main mission is to infect as many human beings as possible. Toge Productions plans to release Infectonator 3 on PC.
My Lovely Daughter is a simulation game with a beautiful art style (as the award implies). It brings a story of a father who wants to resurrect his deceased daughter with some sort of alchemy. You must create vast varieties of homunculi and create a good relationship with them, and kill for their souls. It sounds super dark but interesting. My Lovely Daughter will also be released on PC.
SEA Game Awards is open to game developers in the Southeast Asian region like Malaysia, Singapore. Brunei, Indonesia, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, Vietnam, Philippines and Timor Leste. The Award is organized by Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) and supported by Media Prima Labs.
It is followed by KL Level Up 2017 and the shortlisted submissions are eligible for one complimentary showcase booth, two conference passes and one Business Connection Program pass @ LEVEL UP KL Conference 2017 on the 6-8 November 2017.
