The top 15 still going strong. Also, some new names made a big jump and are ready to sneak into the top 15 in the near future.

The top 15 stay strong in this Indonesian game websites list June 2018 edition. But there are some position changes between them, and some names outside the top 15 made significant jumps.

On this top 15 Indonesian video game journalism websites in June 2018, only a little change happen in top 10 lists. is still going strong in the first place with Alexa rank 61 or one rank better from last month’s. In the second place, there is with Alexa rank 116 (last month was 125) and is followed by with Alexa rank 198 (last month was 224).

Like last month, IDEA Network’s group website is still going strong in the top 5 list although the rank slightly decrease. still in 4th rank (Alexa rank 311) and in 5th rank (Alexa rank 772).

Although there’s no significant change in the top 15, there is a significant jump for some new websites. jump more than 10,000 ranks to 12,893 (last month was 23,300) and jump to 16,411 (from 19,522 last month). So, it will be no surprise if that two websites can sneak into the top 15 list next month.

With the introduction of Indonesian Gaming News Media Association, hopefully, it can help the gaming media ecosystem to grow better in the future.

To create a better ecosystem for the gaming industry, some Indonesia's gaming media formed an association called Asosiasi Media Game Indonesia (AMGI, or Indonesian Gaming Media Association).

  2. A site that includes games in its top category, that has articles, videos, or images as contents.
  3. A site that was established in Indonesia and has nation-wide coverage.

This list is also limited only to games websites & blogs that have been tracked by Alexa site evaluators. Furthermore, sites that are included in this list have to be active, which means they must at least published one article in the past week before the data compiled.

How Accurate Is This?

Because it is based on prediction, the data shown is not 100% accurate. This data is taken from, based on their proprietary tools.

Even though it’s not 100% accurate, Alexa’s data is one of the most used data in industry benchmarking, thus, it has strong authority to quantify traffic from a site.’s data is updated every day. The movement of the data can also be significant each day. Because of that, data shown here is more of a snapshot of Alexa rank in a day, June 6, 2018, to be precise.

Is This Ranking Comprehensive?

No. Alexa only provides the list of top 500 sites from Indonesia. Other than that, it is based on personal research.
