Formed in 2015, BEKRAF (BADAN EKONOMI KREATIF) is an Indonesian government agency responsible for the nation’s creative economy. It aims to accelerate the growth of Indonesian game industry by actively engaging its key players.
In order to fulfil that aim, BEKRAF operates in two directions. Inward, it strives to improve the skill and quality of local game developers to be compete in the global market and stresses local content for products aimed at the local market. Outward, BEKRAF helps local developers form connections and partnerships with international players of the industry, as well as showcase hidden gems to bring them exposure they otherwise couldn’t get.
BEKRAF’s strong support for this event is one of its efforts in the acceleration of the Indonesian game industry, which it hopes to continue doing for years to come.

AGI (Asosiasi Game Indonesia) is a vessel for development and communication of the Indonesian game industry. It was established in 2013 by founders of local corporations representing payment, developer, publisher, and animation segments of the industry.
The exponential growth of the Indonesian game industry will have positive and negative impacts in the future. AGI aims to consolidate all its players to prepare and manage these impacts in a concerted effort so that we can develop the landscape together.
